Are you seeking a rewarding and flexible job opportunity? All Needs Covered Cleaning Services is now seeking Independent Contractor Cleaners! Our company specializes in cleaning residential homes and commercial businesses. We are a fast growing cleaning service looking for new and/or experienced cleaners.

You will be expected to perform any combination of light to moderate cleaning duties to maintain residential households or commercial establishments such as hotels and corporate offices. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Cleaning bathrooms
Cleaning break-rooms
All floor cleaning activities such as Mopping, Vacuuming, Sweeping or carpet cleaning.
Dusting & Polishing
Emptying trash receptacles
Cleaning windows and glass doors or glass furniture

Labor Helpers Qualifications:
While there are no education requirements for becoming a mover, it’s generally a good idea to have a high school diploma or GED, particularly if you want to work for a large moving company. You also don’t necessarily need work experience to be hired in an entry-level position helping to load and unload trucks. If you’ve had other unrelated jobs and can prove that you’re punctual and courteous, it may give you a leg up on any competition for employment. Moving is a physically demanding job, so you must be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly over periods of many hours.

About the Job: Pay starts at $10-$15 per hour or per bedroom with increases based on performance and job attendance or pay per job completed. Paid daily or weekly

We provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. We offer a flat $10-$20 per day mileage allowance (not your typical per mile rate) after your 1st month based on travel to and from jobs out of service areas. We will never go out of our 20 mile radius of Dallas-Fort Worth Areas.

Job Details:
You must be able to speak and read English fluently. Spanish speakers needed. You will need reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance; additionally, you must be comfortable driving your own vehicle to and from client’s homes. You will need a smart phone with voice, text, GPS and internet access.

You must be able to pass a national criminal and background check. You must be at least 18 years of age. Willing and able to work in homes that have pets, unoccupied homes or businesses after hours.
