Our Apartment Cleaning Cost & House Cleaning Prices

**Our cleaning cost for house cleaning prices and apartment cleaning prices are estimates only for flat rate cleaning prices which are subject to change based on a number of factors. Such as the number of bathrooms, inside of appliances cleaning, media and games rooms, pets and junkie or cluttered homes. Example- Customer needing a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (4500sqft) house cleaning should not expect to pay the same price another customer needing 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (2000sqft) for house cleaning services. Any questions or concerns please let us know and we will kindly explain everything in greater detail. Also we only offer our hourly cleaning services to our apartment cleaning customers or to house cleaning customers thru one of our 3rd party vendors.**

*Ironing Services- $3 per shirt and $3 per pants*
*Clean & Organize Inside Garage, Closets, Attic, etc. – $40+ per hour (2 hour min)*
*Excessive Pet Hair Clean Up- $30-$60 per room*
*Clean Behind Appliances (Fridge, Stove, Washer & Dryer) $15 each*
*Steam Mop Clean- Ceramic and Hardwood Floors- $20 per room*
*Vacuum Cleaner Rental- $20 entire cleaning time*

The Cancellation Policy For Our Cleaning Services

We understand that unplanned issues arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning services appointment. If this should happen, we respectfully ask that you call to inform us within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning services appointment so we can reschedule your cleaning services and even possibly book another customer in that cleaning time slot. If you miss, cancel cleaning services, or reschedule your cleaning services appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will be assessed for up to 50% of the total cost of your original cleaning service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with us in regard to this cleaning services policy in that it helps up continue to provide the best possible cleaning services to all our customers in a timely manner. No refunds will be given once cleaning services have been performed or house cleaners have left your home, after doing the final walk thru of each room in your home.

We offer all cleaning services customers a 24 hour customer satisfaction guarantee so we will gladly come back out and correct any cleaning issue you may have. In most cases we are able to accommodate or reschedule your cleaning services for another day and time for only a cleaning trip charge.

Cleaning Supplies For Our Cleaning Services

 * Green cleaning services: “We will bring organic glass cleaner, organic bathroom cleaner, duster, sponges, paper towels. We do not bring mops, buckets, brooms, dust pans, vacuum cleaners and toilet bowl brushes. “We do not clean (vacuum, mop, etc.) every house or apartment with the same items we just cleaned another clients house or business with for sanitary and liability reasons.

** Company’s supplies: “We will bring regular eco-friendly (safe for environment) cleaning detergents and supplies (glass cleaner, bathroom cleaner, duster, sponges, paper towels, bring swifter mops, buckets, brooms, dust pans, eco-friendly cleaners and toilet bowl brushes.” We will not use the same vacuum cleaner or mop in every house or business especially after we just cleaned another clients house or business with it for sanitary and liability reasons. We offer vacuum rental services were we will bring the rented vacuum cleaner and return it also for $20.

*** Client’s supplies: “We will use client’s cleaning detergents and supplies (please provide glass cleaner, bathroom cleaner, duster, sponges, paper towels, broom and dust pan or vacuum, mop and bucket and a toilet bowl brush).” We will not use acids or other chemicals that are not normally used for household cleaning purposes only. Also we cannot be responsible for damage that a product may or may not cause to any surface. Example- customers may have old cleaning products or may provide products that maybe harsh to certain surfaces ie. marble, granite, stainless steel. etc.
